Product Introduction

Structural composition
The filter plate body is usually made of high-strength plastic (such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.) or metal (such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) materials, which have certain strength and rigidity to withstand the pressure during the filtration process.
Filter cloth: It covers the surface of the filter plate and serves as a filtering medium, intercepting solid particles and allowing liquid to pass through.
Filtrate channel: The filter plate is internally designed with a filtrate channel to guide the filtrate to be discharged. The rationality of its design is related to the efficiency of filtrate discharge.
Reinforcing ribs or supporting structures: Some filter plates are equipped with reinforcing ribs or other supporting structures to enhance their compressive resistance, such as the convex and concave structure reinforcing ribs formed by mechanical molding on the upper surface of stainless steel filter plates at one time, as well as reinforcing rib plates arranged perpendicularly to the lower and upper reinforcing ribs.
